Building Archaeology: the art of discovering the history of a building.

Ancient or Artsy?  Musty or Modern?  Columns or Cool?  Reputation or Reputable?  We discover it!

Old, ancient, musty, shiny, new, clean, it matters not.

We love the spaces under ground, the spaces at the very top, and all the space in between.  Walls, ceilings, pillars, floors, roofs, mechanical, conduit, switches, equipment, windows, doors, piping.   Maintenance, repairs, renovating, working, researching, photographing, entering, leaving, buying, selling, financing, we can do it all!

Discovering an old hovel in a field in England, or watching a new skyscraper take shape: the crane or the crone, it does not matter.

We listen to the building, and bring all it was, has, or is…to you.

Pictures tell the story, as does the path of paper leading from today into the past: registration of titles, appraisals, sales history, city water records, utilities, plans and permits.

Every structure tells a story and we will bring that story to you.
